4. Cookies and Analytics Technologies
No analytics cookie is set before your explicit consent. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline, and declining is exactly as simple as accepting. You can change your choice at any time using the "🍪 Cookies" button at the bottom of every page.
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function — remembering your consent choice, for example — are set without consent, as the law permits.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with providers necessary to operate the site (hosting, analytics), and only to the extent required. No information is shared with other breeders.
6. Hosting and Location of Processing
This site is hosted on a server located in Canada. Should a provider ever need to process your information outside Québec, we would first complete the privacy factor assessment required under Law 25.
7. Your Rights
- Access — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting a request already underway.
- Deletion — request deletion of information whose purpose has been fulfilled.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- Complaint — file a complaint with Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information if our response does not satisfy you.
We respond to any request within a maximum of 30 days.
8. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to requests received is limited to the people who run the House. Should a privacy incident occur that presents a risk of serious harm, we would notify the individuals concerned as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
9. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with a revised update date.
